He’s suspected of using a “wrist rocket” slingshot to shoot metal ball bearings at two tollbooths because he was upset about infractions he received after his “Good To Go” account expired, the State Patrol said in a news release. The News Tribune isn’t naming him since he hasn’t been charged.Tollbooth video footage from March 12 shows an attendant turning her head toward the back of her booth, with her hand raised to her head, after the booth was hit with a ball bearing, the State Patrol said. Two days later, an unoccupied tollbooth was hit.Video from the time of both attacks shows a blue truck driving slowly past and then speeding away, the State Patrol said. The cameras were able to get a license plate number and match it with the truck’s “Good to Go” pass account number, the patrol said. In both incidents it was the same truck with the same account.
